+	* tty_io.c (tty_init): Formally register a tty_driver entry for
+		/dev/tty (device 4, 0) and /dev/console (device 5, 0).
+		This guarantees that major device numbers 4 and 5 will be
+		reserved for the tty subsystem (as they have to be because
+		of /dev/tty and /dev/console).  Removed tty_regdev, as
+		this interface is no longer necessary.
