Linux network driver modules

This is a potpourri of INSMOD-time(*) configuration
options (if exist) and their default values of various
modules on Linux network drivers collection.

Do NOT mistake this to "README.modules" at the top-level
directory!

--------------------------
(*) "INSMOD-time" means when you load module with
/sbin/insmod you can feed it optional parameters.
See "man insmod".
